A Peace Treaty combines global awareness through its designs and creates employment for skilled artisans working in places of socio-political strife. Each collection, focuses on a particular region and accessory, is comprised of a small selection of limited edition pieces.

All products blend the tradition of handcraft with the contemporary. Materials are carefully selected and every item is designed, patterned and cut in house. Pieces are produced in small quantities by an even smaller group of people, and all assembly is done by family-owned companies within the U.S.

The arrival of Paul & Joe Sister

Parallel is estatic to bring Paul & Joe Sister to Portland! It is the contemporary line of the ever popular Paul & Joe by designer Sophie Aboud from France. Her clothes reflect her personality: active, vibrant, bubbly, and because she loves to travel, her pieces travel well. She has worked for Azzedine Alaia and therefore her clothes fit amazingly well. She has great dresses that hugs the hips and legs, but is roomy around the torso and waist, while still being extremely sexy. Here is a picture of me and my friend Stephanie wearing the same dress! It is great on all body types, short or tall.
